Shipping policy

Lost/Delayed/Damaged Mail

Once a label has been created and scanned in, we do not have any control over shipping and are not responsible for your package. If an item is delayed or lost, please contact the mail carrier before contacting us. Since we ship insured, you should be able to file a claim if you need to. International orders may need us to file the claim in their place, so if needed, please contact us within a reasonable time frame with photographic evidence so we may file the claim. 

International Shipping

We ship to the UK, EU, Australia, and anywhere not blocked by USPS. For UK and EU shoppers, you are responsible for fees upon receipt of your package. Any postal/customs/VAT fees upon receipt of your order are not our responsibility.

In stock Shipping Times

Please allow 5-10 business days for the shipment of any in stock items, times may vary depending on order volume.

Preorder Shipping Times

For preorder items, please refer to the updates posted on social media to see where the item is in the production process. Preorders fund production, and production may take anywhere from 1-6 months to complete. After production is complete and we receive the items, we reserve up to 10 business days to quality check the items (time varies with order volume).  After quality checking is complete we will have your order shipped within 10 business days or less (depending on order volume). If you are not comfortable with these timelines please wait until a pin is in stock to purchase instead. 

Combine Shipping

You must email us with the orders you wish to combine before we print the tracking. We will only combine orders made within 48 hours of each other.
